Trust Me...

Have you ever sat in front of the television or computer and absent-mindedly eaten an entire bag of chips or cookies or candy, etc...? You know... you get to the last bite and, utterly shocked at your own gluttonous behavior, exclaim, "Oh my God! Did I eat the whole bag?!" And then you feel bad. Guilty. Fat. Just plain bad.

Yeah, you know.

Well (and trust me when I say this), never, ever do that with an entire bag of those yummy Sunsweet Orange Essence Dried Plums (I know, I know... A prune by any other name... is still a prune).

You will feel bad. Not guilty. Definitely not fat. But bad. Very, very bad.

On the up-side, you won't need that colon cleansing you were considering.

You know I'm howling about this, right? I'm not laughing AT you. Well, yeah, I am, but I love you my sparkly colon friend!

you are going to be such a SAD case tomorrow! Two words for you: Tucks wipes. On the upside, you'll be about 3 lb lighter tomorrow!

Oh my gosh, that's the most hilarious thing I've heard all week!!! And, makes me feel slightly better about finishing off that Easter candy I bought earlier this week. Glad I'm not the only one. And, I hope you have a current magazine subscription for tomorrow!

I find the bottom of the bottle is always closer than I thought. Is that the same?

I'll assume that you wrote this post from the comfort of your bathroom then????

I just...did that. The Sour Cream and Cheddar Lays were so WORTH IT.

Red Cup Mom said...

They were that good? Wow. What an endorsement. I will have to try them now. Do you have wrappers all over the place? And how was your behind the next day?

Funny!!!

Hee Hee. I'll keep that in mind! I'm surprised you were back up and blogging before a week on the john!

Oh dear... doesn't sound like the best idea! My weakness is Mike & Ikes. I can eat an entire jumbo-sized box without realizing it. And while they won't send me to the bathroom...they have a TON of empty calories and even more sugar. Ah, but they're so addictive. Damn those chewy, fruity bits of heaven...

Oh gosh - so THAT was apparently what I SHOULD have eaten after I accidentally downed a bag of the Barbeque & Blue Kettle Chips - so so so dangerous. I got near the bottom (I was reading), and was like HOLY COW, I just consumer a years worth of cholesterol on one sitting. Oops. Burp. Do I admit the burp? ICk. But there you have it. I am not one of those people that does THAT either. Except apparently when I'm not exactly paying attention, am also HUNGRY, AND reading recipes in my big mediterranean cookbook.

"consumed" not "consumer" ed!!!
